My 14 years of experience in injection molding brought me to manage complex projects involving automations, vision systems and clean room integration. Under my supervision, more than 200 injection molding tools have been developed ranging from small precision medical parts on low tonnage to complex automobile automated cells on 700 tons machines. My knowledge is directed in processing engineering thermoplastics materials like PMMA, PC, COP, PA, PPA, PBT, PET, ABS, POM, PS, PP, PEHD, TPE. I managed the development and implantation of two shot rotary tools for lighting application and other industrial applications. I also developed gas assist, IML, encapsulation and overmolding applications. Those projects allowed me to gain valuable experience in the automobile, medical, military and packaging field. I am familiar with quality requirements of PPAP and medical validation. I have a passion for challenges involving thermoplastic processing and automation integration.
